2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3. FIR in Crime No.246/2026 was registered by Suryanagar Police Station, Bengaluru District for the aforesaid offences against the petitioners herein, based on the first information dated 02.08.2026 received from Aman S/o Ajmal. Apprehending arrest in the said case, the petitioners had approached the jurisdictional Sessions Court in Crl.Misc.No.5422/2026 which was rejected on

The parties appear to have quarrelled with each other after the first informant had parked his car near the house of the petitioners herein. 5. Considering the nature of the allegations found in the first information as against the petitioners, who do not have any criminal antecedents, I am of the view that the prayer made by the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail needs to be answered affirmatively, subject to appropriate conditions. Accordingly, the following:
O R D E R i) The criminal petition is allowed.
ii) The respondent - Police or any other police in the State of Karnataka are directed to release the petitioners in the event of their arrest in Crime No.246/2026 registered by Suryanagar Police Station,
