Complaining illegal construction at the behest of the respondent Nos. 6 to 8 at the adjacent premises of the petitioner situated at 182/1, Muktaram BAsu Street, P.S. Jorasanko, Kolkata 700007, the instant writ petition has been filed. 3. Though, the private respondents are not represented, however, having regard to the complaint made by the petitioner, I am of the view that the municipality must take a decision on the petitioner’s complaint in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order. 4.
