The property belongs to the petitioner's family. The petitioner is claiming possession of the same. The petitioner's siblings have submitted no-objection certificates. Based on the petitioner's long-standing possession, the petitioner is seeking grant of patta. Since the petitioner's representations have not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 3.
