Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to conclude the enquiry for verification of the caste which is pending before the respondent No. 3. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue direction for fresh representation before the respondent No. 3 and 6. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner together with cost of the petition, in the interest of justice.” 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that based on some complaint, an enquiry was initiated against the petitioner of his caste by the High Level Screening Committee in the year 2021, which till date is pending and therefore, direction be issued to respondent No. 3 to conclude the proceedings of enquiry on the caste of the petitioner, at the earliest, within specified time. 3. Counsel for the State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission of counsel for the respective parties, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No. 3 to conclude the proceedings initiated against the petitioner on 20.09.2021, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within further period of six months from the date of receipt of the Order, if already not concluded, subject to the cooperation of the petitioner. 5.
