The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 21.05.2024, passed in WPSB No.356 of 2023. The Hon’ble Division Bench passed the judgment and order dated 21.05.2024 in WPSB No.333 of 2023 (including WPSB No.356 of 2023) and batch. 2. Heard Mr. Abhijay Negi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Satyendra Singh Lingwal, learned counsel for the respondent. 3. Mr. Satyendra Singh Lingwal, Advocate, submitted that the State of Uttarakhand has filed a Special Leave Petition against the judgment and order dated 21.05.2024, passed in WPSB No.356 of 2023 and other writ petitions. The Hon’ble Supreme Court passed the order on 22.11.2024 in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No(s).48968 of 2024:- “11. List after four weeks. 12. In the meantime, the proceedings of contempt shall not be precipitated by the respondents till the next date of hearing.” 2026:UHC:1111 4. Mr. Abhijay Negi, Advocate, appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not aware of the Order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court. He has requested on instructions to permit the petitioner - Anil Kumar Sharma to withdraw the present Contempt Petition. 5. The said request has not been opposed by the respondent. 6.
