This petition is filed challenging the proceeding in PCR No.26/2026 pending before the Sessions Judge, Bengaluru. 4. Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 and 2 would submit that pre-cognizance notices have been issued to the petitioners and the order is not yet passed taking cognizance of the offences, as such, the present petition is premature. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would rely on the judgment of the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Petition No. 6703/2026. 6. The Court has perused the said judgment. There is no dispute over the fact that the Trial Court has not yet taken cognizance for the offences. 8. The liberty is reserved to the petitioners to urge such contentions as advised in law. 10. The Trial Court shall consider the contentions of both sides on merits and has to pass appropriate orders.
