However, since it is submitted that the meeting for removal of the Pradhan of the concerned Panchayat is fixed on 24th September, 2026, the Prescribed Authority is directed to conduct the meeting on the said date. The Officer in Charge, Bharatpur Police Station is directed to render necessary assistance to the Prescribed Authority so that the meeting is held peacefully without any hindrance from any corner whatsoever. The police authority shall ensure safe 2 passage of the members of the Panchayat to the venue of the meeting in order to enable them to cast their votes freely, safely and independently.
