Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the petitioners have already made representations dated 21.01.2026 (Annexure P-3), specifically mentioning therein that their cases are covered by the judgment passed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled, Inder Singh Thakur and Ors. vs. State of H.P. and ors. Along with connected petition, decided on
07.04.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) prays that his clients would be satisfied, in case, a direction is given to the respondents to consider and decide the representations dated 21.01.2026 (Annexure P-3) in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in aforementioned case.
4. Faced with this situation, learned Deputy Advocate General submits that the competent authority shall decide the representations and in case the facts of the petitioners case are akin to the facts of the aforementioned case, similar
3 benefits will be extended to the petitioners.
5. Keeping in view the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner(s), the present petitions are
disposed of with a direction to the respondents/competent authority to decide the representations of the petitioner(s) within a period of 8 weeks from today, and in case the petitioners are similarly situate as that of the petitioners in the writ petition mentioned above, decided on 07.04.2025, the similar benefits be extended to them within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
6. The petitions are accordingly disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. 30 th April, 2026
