Today, it is stated that the said writ appeal has been allowed and disciplinary proceedings have been restored and therefore, enquiry is going on. 3. Learned counsel for the contempt petitioner does not dispute the same. 4. In that view of the matter, the contempt case stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
