In this writ petition, the petitioner herein has sought for a direction to respondent No.3 to implement the order dated 22.08.2024, produced at Annexure-E passed by respondent No.2. - - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010625412026 NC: 2026:KHC:51694 WP No. 28490 of 2026 3 4. A careful consideration of the order passed by respondent No.2-Assistant Commissioner at Annexure-E would indicate that the matter has been remitted to respondent No.3- Tahsildar for fresh consideration, based on the material available on record, particularly with regard to the rights of the parties. 5. In that view of the matter, respondent No.3 is directed to reconsider the matter afresh and take an appropriate decision in accordance with law, at the earliest, and in any event, within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 6. In the meanwhile, the respondent-authorities are directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner until conclusion of the proceedings before respondent No.3- Tahsildar. 7.
