He seeks simplicitor withdrawal of the present application. 2. The criminal application is disposed fo as withdrawn. 3. Considering the period which the applicant has undergone, the allegations are pertaining to the offence under section 307, 109(3) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, the trial Court shall make every endeavour to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within eight months from the date of this order. 4.
