In this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents 2 to 5 to take necessary steps to enter the name of the petitioner in the computerised pahani in respect of the subject land in terms of order dated 11th February, 2026 (Annexure-G) passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2643/2026 on the basis of reports submitted by the respondent No.3 dated 23rd November, 2006 (Annexure-E) and 19th March, 2010 (Annexure-F). 3. Heard Sri. Somashekaraiah R.P., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Aditya Diwakara, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is forthcoming that the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent-Authorities to implement the order dated 11th February, 2026 (Annexure-G) passed by this Court in Writ - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010604892026 NC: 2026:KHC:50665 WP NO.27315 OF 2026 Petition No.2643/2026. In this regard, the petitioner has made representation dated 10th March, 2026 (Annexure-H) to the respondent No.4-Tahsildar. Therefore, the respondent No.4 is directed to consider the representation dated 10th March, 2026 (Annexure-H) and take decision in the matter in accordance with law, within an outer limit of two months form the date of receipt of this order.
