Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on perusal of the writ papers, it is forthcoming that the petitioners have not made any representation to the respondent-Authorities seeking the relief of entering their names in the revenue records in respect of the subject land. In that view of the matter, petitioners are permitted to approach the respondents 2 to 4 by way of representation along with relevant documents, seeking relief as sought for in this petition. If such a representation is made by the petitioners within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order, respondents 2 to 4 shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of representation that may be made by the petitioners.
