1. The Petitioner claims to a social activist and has not disclosed either his credentials, or his activities, in the pleadings. In the affidavit supporting the Petition, he claims that he is a businessman. These details are also not set out. Reckless allegations have been made against the Department of Atomic Energy, only by going through the website of the Department
2 / 2 through Google. It is contended that, based on information from Google, allegations are made against the Department with regard to procurement of materials, outsourcing of work, delivery of goods, multi-tasking jobs, etc.
2. We are not inclined to entertain a Petition which has no foundational pleadings and which contains allegations made against the Department of Atomic Energy, without any substantiation. Even in an earlier Petition WPA(P) No.201 of 2024, filed by the Petitioner, this Court passed an
Order dated 22.07.2025, dismissing it as withdrawn.
3. Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this Petition and he may be barred from filing any such Petitions.
