Earlier, the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 28.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 57225 of 2022. 3. No cogent reason has been given by the learned counsel for the petitioner for reconsideration of the earlier order dated 28.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 57225 of 2022 whereby his prayer for anticipatory bail was refused. After four years of refusal of the anticipatory bail, the petitioner has again filed the present anticipatory bail petition.
