In Re : Manoyar Hosen @ Pintu
... Petitioner.
Mr. Arnab Chatterjee, Mr. Avik Ghosh
... For the Petitioner.
Mr. Krishnendu Bhattacharya, APP, Ms. Tanushree Kar
... For the State.
Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner claims that petitioner happens to be an employee of Shahrukh Hasan who has been granted bail on 27.08.2026 in CRM(NDPS) 1790 of 2026. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is a business partner of Shahrukh Hasan. I have taken into account the locus of both the present petitioner and Shahrukh Hasan who has been granted bail. Having considered that either the petitioner is an employee or a business partner, the complicity is because of the association with the said Shahrukh Hasan who has been granted bail and in view of the fact that there is a situational parity, I am of the opinion that the present petitioner viz., Manoyar Hosen @ Pintu be released on bail by the learned
2 Special Court/Trial Court on the same terms and conditions as the other accused who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1790 of 2026. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Memo of Evidence submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 1996 of 2026, is, thus, disposed of. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
