Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is not being paid salary from the month of February, 2025 for which petitioner had submitted 2 / 2 representation before respondent No. 2 to 4, which is pending consideration and therefore, direction be issued to the concerned respondents to take decision on the representation, at the earliest, within specified time frame. 2. Counsel for the State submits that he is having no objection, to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 3. On due consideration of submission of counsel for the parties, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No. 2 to 4 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the Order. Petitioner will be at liberty to submit fresh representation if so desire and if such a representation is submitted, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same along with the pending representation. 4.
