Lokesh, learned counsel appearing for respondents 5 to 8. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on perusal of the representation dated 14th November, - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010854892025 NC: 2026:KHC:50675 WP NO.39660 OF 2025 2025 (Annexure-B) made by the petitioner, I am of the considered opinion that the respondent No.1 herein shall consider the said representation. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the respondent No.1 is directed to consider the representation dated 14th November, 2025 (Annexure-B), within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
