In light of the short reply filed by the State, this Court is of the considered view that now the judgment stands complied with in letter and spirit.

Ms. Sneh Bhimta, learned Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioner No. 1 only been paid the leave encashment for 222 days unutilized earned leave which is relatable to the service rendered by her with State of Himachal Pradesh but the respondents have not paid her leave encashment for the unutilized earned leave relatable to the service rendered by her with the State of Jammu and Kashmir.

This Court is of the considered view that as far as this aspect of the matter is concerned, as now the Government of Himachal Pradesh has paid leave encashment to petitioner No. 1 with regard to the unutilized earned leave which was in the credit of the petitioner vis-a-vis rendered by them with Department of Health, Government of Himachal Pradesh, the petitioner should be satisfied. Accordingly, these proceedings are closed with the observation that the judgment stands satisfied.
