In both these Appeals, there is a delay of 1457 days in filing the First Appeals. 2. Learned AGP appears for Respondent nos. 1 and 2 and upon issuing notice, Respondent no. 3 is served. However, nobody has caused appearance for Respondent no. 3. 3. The delay is explained in paragraph nos. 4 and 5 of the Applications which is satisfactory and it is not intentional or deliberate. 4. In view of this, the Applications are allowed subject to condition that the Claimants shall give an undertaking before this Court 2026:BHC-AUG:38400 2 962...odt that they will not claim statutory benefit as well as interest of the delayed period in approaching this Court.
