Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Mr. V.S. Pal, learned A.G.A. along with Mr. Nikhil Bisht, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. In compliance with the order dated 31.03.2026, learned counsel for the applicant has moved an amendment application. 4. For the reasons stated in the amendment application, I.A. No. 2 of 2026 is allowed. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to file the amended memo of application during the course of the day. 6. The applicant has also filed a Correction Application seeking correction in the order dated 19.03.2026, whereby in the operative portion of the said order the Case Crime No. 429 of 2024 has been mentioned in place of the correct Case Crime No. 429 of 2025. 7. Considering the reasons stated in the Correction Application and the nature of the error being purely typographical, the Correction Application is allowed. 8. Accordingly, in the order dated 19.03.2026, the Case Crime No. 429 of 2025 shall be read in place of Case Crime No. 429 of 2024 in the operative portion of the order.
