Case No. 117 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1498 of 2018 (S.T. Case No. 656 of 2023) registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 304B and 34 of the IPC and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner- XV, Ranchi. 3. Pursuant to the order dated 12.09.2025, a report as been received from the Central Institute of Psychiatry. 4. In view of the report submitted by the Medical Board, petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to approach the trial court for grant of bail. 5.
