Sachin @ Gunda, pending in the court of Additional District Judge, Laksar, District Haridwar, arising out of FIR No.496 of 2023, under Sections 323, 342, 307, 504 and 506, Police Station Laksar, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This is the third bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.2806 of 2023, was rejected on 20.05.2024. The second bail application, being BA2 No.313 of 2025, was rejected on 11.12.2025. 4. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail. Accordingly, the bail application deserves to be rejected. 5. The bail application is rejected.
