Learned advocate for the applicant at this stage without going into the merits of the case and in view of the fact that 23 witness have been examined, seeks permission to withdraw the present applications. 2. This Court while hearing the present applications for cancellation of bail granted to accused Nos.2 & 3, had no occasion to deal with the merits of bail application of accused No.1 and this Court has not dealt with any of the allegations made against the accused No.1 and in view of the fact that the trial is at the stage where 23 witnesses have been examined and learned advocate for the accused No.3 has appeared through hybrid mode and stated that only two witnesses of Investigating Officer are left to be examined. In view of the said fact, without entering into the merits of the case and without examining the role of accused No.1 and in view of the fact that present application is filed only qua bail granted to accused No.2 & 3, the permission as sought for withdrawal of the present applications is granted. The present applications for cancellation of bail stand disposed of as withdrawn. Order in Criminal Application No.17622 of 2020 & Criminal Misc. Application No.5660 of 2021 1. In view of the fact that the complainant has withdrawn the present applications seeking cancellation of bail, the learned APP also does not press the present application in view of the fact that the said applications have withdrawn, the present applications stand disposed of as not pressed. 2. In view of the fact that the learned advocate for the accused No.3 has stated that the matter is placed on board before the trial Court is now adjourned to 22.10.2026. In view of the fact that the proceedings are pending before the trial Court since the year 2016, it is requested that the trial Court to decide the same expeditiously.
