ORAL ORDER
This matter is called twice i.e., in the morning session and also in the afternoon session but there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. The learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the State and the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 are present in both the occasions.
2. The prayer sought before this Court is for quashing the entire proceedings in C.C.No.10240/2017 arising out of Crime No.131/2015 of the 2nd respondent police, pending on the file of IV Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bangalore for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 338, 469, 471, 491, 109, 120(B) read with Section 34 of IPC. This petition is of the year 2019. But the counsel for the petitioners is not pursuing the matter diligently even after the lapse of seven years. Hence, it appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
