Suman for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4) of BNS, 2023 registered by High Ground Police Station, Bengaluru City. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner having reiterated the grounds urged in the petition submits that till date FIR has not been registered against a petitioner and she is unnecessarily being summoned by the police for the purpose of enquiry. 3. Learned HCGP on instructions submits that two FIRs have been registered in Crime No.181/2025 and Crime No.205/2025 as against the petitioner by High Ground Police Station. 4.
