Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time submits that at this stage, petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to renew his bail application before the Trial Court after the victim girl/CW3 is examined before the Trial Court. He submits that considering the nature of allegations and the age of the petitioner, time frame may be given to the Trial Court as well as the prosecution to examine CW3. 2. Learned HCGP for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent No.2 do not seriously oppose the prayer made by the petitioner. 3. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed off with a request to the Trial Court to expedite the trial in Special CC No.1188/2026 and examine CW3 on priority as expeditiously as possible but not later than a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010602962026 NC: 2026:KHC:52854 CRL.P No. 13483 of 2026 4.
