Mahto, A.P.P. 02/15.01.2026 :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 118 of 2024, registered under sections 103, 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M, Latehar. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only for the reason that he is registered owner of Bolero Vehicle bearing registration no. JH01FD-4654 which allegedly has met with an accident. He next submits that occurrence took place on 24.08.2024 and the instant F.I.R. has been lodged on 28.08.2024 against the driver of unknown Bolero Vehicle and allegations are made of hitting the scooty by the said Bolero vehicle. He further submits that during course of investigation the CCTV footage installed at nearby places were verified but the identity of said Bolero vehicle could not be ascertained. He submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2025. ( 2026:JHHC:958 ) 2 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that due to accident of the said vehicle, death has occurred. 5. Considering that petitioner happens to be owner of the alleged Bolero Vehicle, the occurrence took place on 24.08.2024 and the instant F.I.R. has been lodged on 28.08.2024 and the and petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Latehar, in connection with Chandwa P.S.
