Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “(i) That the Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ order or direction may kindly be issued for quashing and setting aside the Office Memorandum dated 17.09.2022, & 13.03.2024 (Annexure P-3) (Annexure P-4) whereby the Respondents have put a cap on the release of retiral benefits. (ii) That the Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or directions may kindly be issued directing the Respondents to pay the balance and due amount to the petitioner in terms of Himachal Pradesh Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules 2022 inclusive of arrears on account of revised pay scale/pension/Death-cum- 2 Retirement Gratuity/Commutation of Pension/Family Pension/leave encashment in one go as has been held by this Hon’ble Court. (iii) That the writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or directions may kindly be issued directing the respondents to release the arrears on account of the delayed payment alongwith interest @12% p.a.” 2. Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that similar matters are pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench by way of CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled as Madhu Deshta and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected matters and the same are listed before Hon’ble Division Bench on 27.04.2026. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the adjudication by Hon’ble Division Bench in above matter shall be binding upon the parties herein and the parties shall abide by the final outcome thereof.
