This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the inaction on the part of the respondents in paying total amount of Rs.2,09,667/- for the construction of Checkdam across Ethala vagu near Rajupalem village, Podili Mandal and desilting of Podili vagu near Kothapalem village, Marripudi Mandal, Prakasam District as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to pay the amounts payable to the petitioner. 2. Sri Ram Chaithanya, learned counsel, representing the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. 4.
