No.1/2026) filed under Order XXIII Rule 1 of CPC on behalf of the appellants- [2026:RJ-JP:15747] (2 of 2) [CFA-68/2026] applicants for withdrawal of the present appeal in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. Learned counsel for the appellants-applicants submits that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and copy of compromise deed dated 20.03.2026 has been annexed with the application. Learned counsel submits that the original compromise deed dated 20.03.2026 has also been submitted today, therefore, the same may be taken on record. Learned counsel prays that the said application may be allowed and permission may be granted to withdraw the present appeal on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 3. In that view of the matter, application (I.A. No.1/2026) stands allowed. 4. Permission sought for, is granted. 5. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
