The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dandai P.S. Case No. 95 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 126 (2), 115 (2), 117 (2), 118 (2) and 108 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner happened to be the family member and the wife of the informant has committed suicide. In view of that, the petitioner may kindly be granted anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that in Para 22 and 23 of the case diary, it has come that the petitioner has threatened to put the video in public. He also submits that the petitioner has prepared the obscene video and made it viral and pursuant to that the wife of the informant has committed suicide. 5. Considering that the petitioner has made the video viral of the 2026:JHHC:7736 2 wife of the informant and therefore she has committed suicide. In this view of the matter, it transpires that this petitioner has directly instigated the wife of the informant to take such steps, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
