ORAL ORDER
1. The learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. In this writ petition, the petitioners are assailing the order dated 31.03.2023, at Annexure-E, passed by Respondent No.1, and the order dated nil, at Annexure-D, passed by Respondent No. 2, inter-alia, seeking a direction to Respondent Nos.1 to 3 to restore the names of the petitioners.
4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is forthcoming that the mutation has been effected in favour of the private respondents on the basis of the registered Sale Deed dated 09.02.2015. However, it is also forthcoming that O.S. No. 182 of 2019 is pending consideration before the competent Civil Court, wherein the rights of the parties are to be crystallized.
5. In that view of the matter, no interference is called for in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

6. However, the rights of the parties shall be subject to the
judgment and decree that may be passed in O.S. No. 182 of
2019.
