The same is a contested suit for letters of administration. 3. It appears that the properties in both the cases are the same and the parties are also same. As such in the interest of justice and for proper adjudication, both the suits should be heard together by the same Court. 4. In spite of due service none appears for the opposite parties. 5. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on considering the materials on record the Civil Revision is disposed of with the direction that title suit 226/2023 pending before the Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), 2nd Court at Contai, Purba Midnapore be transferred to 2 the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 2nd Court at Contai, Purba Midnapore through the learned District Judge, Purba Midnapore for trial and disposal. 6. CO 225 of 2025 stands disposed of. 7. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently. 8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 9.
