No.565 of 2016 read with Suryapura P.S. Case No.38 of 2016 whereby and whereunder cognizance for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379 and 34 of the I.P.C. was taken by the court concerned against the petitioners. 2. From the report vide letter no.2298 dated 19th September, 2025 sent by learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram, it appears that Suryapura P.S. Case Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55567 of 2018(2) dt.28-01-2026 2/2 No.38 of 2016 has already been disposed of on 10.07.2021. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of as it has become infructuous. 4. Learned APP for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 5.
