The present contempt petition has been filed alleging willful violation of the order dated 24.9.2025 passed in WPA 22039 of 2024. 2. In course of hearing, learned advocate for the alleged contemnor informs this court that an intra court appeal was preferred challenging the order dated 24.9.2025. He submits that during the pendency of the present contempt petition, the appeal was disposed of by modifying the order dated 24.9.2025. He submits that the Hon’ble Division Bench directed the Principal Secretary to take a reasoned decision in the matter in terms of the order dated 3.8.2026 passed in the appeal being MAT 2182 of 2025. 3. Copy of the order dated 3.8.2026 as placed on behalf of the alleged contemnor is taken on record. 4. In view thereof, contempt petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed.
