[ Mr. Anirban Sarkar …for the petitioner On the prayer of the learned advocate for the petitioner, leave is granted to the petitioner to amend the cause title of this civil revision application here and now. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the respondent no.5 in Transfer Application No. 400 of 2015 pending before the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Kolkata. He submits that a direction be passed upon the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-I to dispose of TA No. 400 of 2015 expeditiously. He further submits that several interlocutory applications are pending. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite parties. However the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite party forthwith. In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, this civil revision application is disposed of by requesting the learned Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Kolkata to dispose of TA 400 of 2015 as well as the interlocutory applications filed in connection with TA 400 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 2 Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
