The arrear claimed by the petitioner after taking into consideration the leave statement is pending consideration before the Additional District Inspector of Schools (SE), Kharagpur (ADI), the respondent no.4 herein. 3. Prayer has been made to direct the aforesaid respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner and disburse the same. 4. As it appears that the school authority forwarded all documents of the petitioner to the ADI, accordingly, a decision is required to be taken by the ADI. 5. The instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the ADI to take a decision in the matter strictly in accordance with law at the earliest but 2 positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. 6. If any amount is found due and payable then steps for disbursal of the same shall be taken without any further delay. 7. The writ petition stands disposed of. 8.
