POONACHA ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs: "i. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the endorsement/communication issued by respondent No.3 dated 17.05.2024 issued by the respondent authorities insofar the as relates same to the refusal/declining of renewal/re-issue of the petitioner's passport bearing No.J9 323 643 (Annexure - A) Reg:SCN/317972239/24; ii. It is the grievance of the petitioner that, he has made an application for re-issuance of his passport bearing No.J9323643. However, the concerned authorities have issued a communication dated 17.05.2024 (Annexure-A to the writ petition). It is the further contention of the petitioner that he was arrayed as an accused in Crime No.91/2019, which has been assailed in Criminal petition No.12560/2025. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that, if the petitioner furnishes the details / clarifications as sought for in the impugned communication dated 17.05.2024, the same would be appropriately considered by the concerned authorities. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that requisite clarifications as sought for in the communication dated 17.05.2024 would be furnished. 5.
