01. Petitioners have preferred this petition for review of order dated 24.06.2025, passed by this Bench on various grounds urged in the memo of petition.
02. By virtue of order, sought to be reviewed through the medium of present petition, trial Court was directed to ensure that orders passed by it from time to time are implemented in letter and spirit.
03. Short grievance of the petitioners is that they are not being afforded reasonable opportunity of being heard by the trial Court.
04. Having regard to the limited nature of controversy, present petition is
disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to consider all the pleas raised by the petitioners in the present petition.
