In view of the order that this Court proposes to pass and also the limited relief that is sought to be granted, notice to respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with. 2. The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents 2 and 3 to provide Agricultural Electricity Service connection for the well situated in Survey No.51/19 situate at Melvalai https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 24429 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 Village, Kandachipuram Taluk, Villupuram District based on the letter dated 13.01.2009 issued by the 2nd Respondent in Letter No.Se.Po/O and M/Thirukoilur/Va.2 Ko.Sa.Va./A No.248/2008/2009 dated 13.01.2009 and the petitioner’s representation dated 13.12.2025 forthwith. 3. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2025 would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed after issuing notice to petitioner and any other interested parties, within a time period to be stipulated by this Court. Agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner. 4. In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 13.12.2025 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after issuing notice and after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner, respondents 4 and 5 and any other interested persons within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for receipt of certified copy of the order.
