For direction to stop mining which is being done without making payment of Compensation along other Monetary and Non Monetary benefits which are being conducted in the Rayati Land of the petitioners. B. Further prays for direction to make payment of compensation according to The right of Fair Compensation and Transparency In Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013 (RECTLARR) Act 2013 and give other payment of Compensation along other Monetary and Non Monetary benefits for mining which being done in the Rayati Land of the petitioners” 2.
