Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record. 2. The petitioner is claiming his dues for leave encashment of 180 days. The earlier order of this Hon’ble Court of May 22, 2025 directed the respondent no. 5, the Managing Director, to decide on this issue, which was decided on July 16, 2025. 3. The petitioner’s entitlements have been specified thereunder and have not been challenged before any forum. 4. The payment in respect of the petitioner has not yet been made. 5. The respondent no. 5 is directed to write afresh to the Finance Department, requesting for release of payments to enable the CSTC to make payments to these retired officers of their retiral benefits. 6. The Principal Secretary, Department of Finance, is directed to take immediate steps to cause such disbursal in favor of the respondent no. 5. P a g e | 2 7. The respondent no. 5 will proceed to release such payment, in favor of the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the same from the concerned authority. 8. With these afore-stated directions, the writ- petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 9.
