It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is the resident of the house bearing No.33/5, Kulakkarai 2nd Street, Poovirunthavalli, Poonamallee, Chennai. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the third respondent has put up permanent shed and blocking the passage. Hence, the petitioner made representation to the official respondents seeking to take action on 27.03.2026 which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition. 4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
