As the same has not been acted upon by respondent no.4, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers: "a. Issue a Writ of Mandamus/Any other Writ/Direction to the Respondents No.1 to 4 to consider the representation at Annexure "A" dated 02.06.2025 and Annexure "B" to "D" dated 01.07.2025 respectively for effecting "E" Katha in his favour inrespect of property bearing present Katha no.14, (14/1), measuring East to West : 45 ft. and North to South : 55 ft Situated at Kodigepalli Mazara Dasepalli village, Kyasamballi Hobli, Vengasandra Grama Panchayth, K.G.F. Taluk to the Writ Petition by allowing the Writ Petition. b. Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.2 to 4 upon instructions submits that, the petitioner has made a physical application for change of Khata and that he is required to make an online application and if the same were to be made along with all the necessary particulars, his request would be considered in accordance with law. 3. Hence, the following: ORDER (i) The petitioner is granted liberty to make an online application for issuance of Khata in his favour in respect of the property which is the subject matter of the writ petition; (ii) Upon receipt of such an application along with all necessary particulars, respondent no.4 is hereby directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18850 WP No. 25194 of 2025 accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter; (iii) The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
