--------
Order No. 04 /Dated: 27th January 2026
The instant contempt case has been preferred by the petitioner for non-compliance of order dated 03.07.2025 passed in W.P.(S) No. 2387 of 2025.
2.
After going through the show-cause dated 15.01.2026 it appears that part compliance of the writ Court’s order has been made inasmuch as the fresh order has been passed after giving opportunity to the petitioner, however, the said order was passed without reinstating the petitioner. In essence, the order has not been complied in true letter and spirit, however, instead of delaying this matter, the instant contempt case stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the fresh order for redressal of his grievance.
3.
The instant contempt case stands disposed of.
