It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the Institute, the first and second respondents herein, that the submission made on September 15, 2026 that the final order has been passed was erroneously made. The inquiry report has been prepared and served upon the petitioner. The petitioner has also submitted her representation in response to the same. 2. It appears that the disciplinary proceeding commenced in the last part of the year 2024. It is high time that positive steps should be taken to conclude the disciplinary proceeding in accordance with law. 3. The petitioner was put under suspension during pendency of the disciplinary proceeding. The suspension order was stayed by this Court. 4. As the disciplinary proceeding is to be adjudicated by the Institute, there is no requirement of keeping the writ petition pending. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Institute to conclude the disciplinary proceeding in accordance with law at the earliest but positively by 31st December, 2026. 6. The order of suspension shall remain stayed till 8th January, 2027. 7. It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the matter and all points are left open to be decided by the Institute in accordance with law. 8. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 9.
