The petitioner is an accused in connection with Khelari P.S. Case No. 106 of 2024, corresponding to G. R. No. 1346 of 2025. It has been alleged that the miscreants have demanded extortion money from the informant, committed assault upon him and Pintu Thakur, snatched mobile phone and Rs. 20,000/- in cash as well as set fire on a Tata Turbo Truck. It has been submitted that one of the co-accused Banti Kumar has been granted bail in B.A. No. 5564 of 2025. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of one Sanjay Kumar Das. The petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2025. Although it has been submitted by learned APP that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, but regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate XXXII, Ranchi in connection with Khelari P.S.
