Learned counsel for the accused-applicant after arguing for sometime wants to withdraw the present bail application, making a limited prayer that the applicant be permitted to surrender himself before the concerned Trial Court, who may be directed to consider the bail application of the applicant on the same date of making surrender. Learned Public Prosecutor has no objection to the aforementioned prayer. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and taking note of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant, however without commenting upon the merits/demerits of the case, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with a direction that the accused-applicant shall surrender himself before the learned Trial Court concerned.
[2026:RJ-JP:12540] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-4108/2026] The learned Trial Court is directed to consider the bail application, if any, moved by the applicant on the same date of surrender. Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
