1. By presenting this writ petition petitioner has prayed for direction upon concerned police authorities to investigate the case in terms of order passed by jurisdictional Magistrate on an application under Section 175(3) BNSS 2023.
2. However Ms. Rajyashree, learned advocate representing State respondents has drawn attention of this Court to averments made in paragraph 9 of writ petition wherefrom it appears that in connection with application filed by petitioner before jurisdictional Magistrate compliance date is fixed on 23rd September,
2026. It is also submitted on behalf of State respondents that police authorities have taken necessary steps pursuant to order passed by jurisdictional Magistrate.
3. Respondent no.4 is represented by learned advocates.
4. Having found that 23rd September, 2026 is the date for compliance fixed before jurisdictional Magistrate, no further order need be passed on this writ petition and same stands disposed of.
5. However, this order shall not preclude petitioner to press his application before jurisdictional Magistrate.
